Please note: Skylark is a media player only. It does not provide, host, sell, or bundle any channels, streams, or content. You are responsible for the playlists and sources you connect and for using them lawfully.

These terms ("Terms") govern your use of the website groovyape.com and the Skylark application ("Skylark", the "App"), both provided by Groovy Ape, LLC ("we", "us"). By using the website or the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

1. What Skylark is

Skylark is a neutral player for media sources that you supply. It ships with no channels and no content. Skylark is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any content provider, broadcaster, or network. Any trademarks shown in marketing are the property of their respective owners.

You are solely responsible for the playlists, credentials, and sources you add to Skylark, and for ensuring you have the legal right to access and view that content. You agree not to use Skylark to:

Skylark is free to use with a watermark. Optional one-time purchases — Remove Watermark and Pro — unlock additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. There are no subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Skylark on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store terms and these Terms. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the App.

5. No warranty

Skylark is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every source or stream format. Stream availability depends entirely on your provider.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Groovy Ape, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
